
About The Event
The hackathon follows a structured single-round progression designed to evaluate technical clarity, innovation, and feasibility under time constraints.
Round 1 – Open Hacking Stage
All registered teams participate in a live hacking session where they design and structure their proposed solution.
Event Timeline:
11:00 AM – 11:20 AM | Opening & Kick-off
Participant check-in, welcome address, and briefing about the hackathon format and rules.
11:20 AM | Problem Statement Release
The official problem statement will be shared and the hacking window begins.
11:20 AM – 3:20 PM | Development Phase
Teams work on designing their solutions and preparing their submissions.
4:20 PM | Round 1 Evaluation Closes
Judges complete the evaluation of submissions and shortlist top teams.
4:20 PM – 5:00 PM | Final Round Evaluation
Shortlisted teams present their solutions to the judging panel.
5:00 PM | Results Announcement
Winners and top-performing teams will be announced.
During the Hacking Window
Teams are expected to:
● Design the solution architecture
● Develop the workflow logic
● Structure a clear system blueprint
● Mentors will circulate throughout the session to provide limited technical guidance.
Submission Format
Each team must submit a one-page structured PDF including:
● Problem understanding
● Proposed technical architecture (diagram allowed)
● Core workflow logic
● Scalability and future scope
● Evaluation & Final Presentation
All submissions will be reviewed by the judging panel, and 4–5 top-performing teams will be shortlisted for the final round.
Shortlisted teams will:
● Present their solution for 3 minutes
● Participate in a 2-minute Q&A session
Winners will be announced immediately after the final deliberation.
